Lambert CEO and founder Jeff Lambert is named global chair-elect of PROI Worldwide. He will assume the global chair role in June, upon completion of the term of Ciro Dias dos Reis, president of Imagem Corporativa, based in Brazil. “I’m humbled and honored to follow the legacy of strong PROI leaders and work with the International Management Board to lead the organization in the coming years,” Lambert said. PROI Worldwide encompasses 85 PR and communications businesses in 165 cities and 55 countries, representing more than $913 million in revenue and 6,900 employees.

Revolution Global, a multi-state cannabis operator, names Shari Boyer chief marketing officer. Boyer was previously CEO and founder of Good Solutions Group, a cause marketing, experiential marketing and sports marketing firm that has represented such brands as Coca-Cola, Subaru and Toyota. She is also founder of Plant Society, an education platform and retail brand that focuses on natural remedies. Boyer has also held brand marketing positions at Nestle USA and Procter & Gamble. Revolution president and COO Dusty Shroyer said that Boyer has the "expertise, invaluable skill sets, and, most importantly, the passion to support Revolution."

SoftServe digital consultant appoints Arturo Pena as chief marketing officer. Pena comes to SoftServe from information technology services and consulting company Cognizant, where he served as vice president of global marketing, leading teams across North America, Europe and APAC. He was previously director, revenue marketing at GE Digital. In his new position, Pena will be responsible for spearheading SoftServe’s global marketing efforts. “Arturo is dedicated to developing high-performing marketing teams, and he knows our people are essential for growth and competitive differentiation,” said SoftServe CEO Chris Baker.
