Donaldson comes to Crosby after 16 years at Baltimore-headquartered R2integrated, most recently serving as vice president. At Crosby, she will play a lead role in overseeing Crosby’s team that creates large-scale websites, mobile apps, digital experiences, and marketing technology solutions. “Cheryl has the perfect combination of deep technology expertise and people skills to lead collaborative development teams,” said Crosby executive vice president of digital strategy Suresh John.

She was previously vp, investor relations at Charles Schwab and senior vp, strategic planning and execution at Wells Fargo. “Jennifer is a proven leader with deep knowledge of Visa’s model and the trends driving our business,” said Visa vice chair and chief financial officer Vasant Prabhu.
