Spencer Livermore, a proposal strategist for the European banking practice at McKinsey & Co., has joined Brunswick Group in London as partner, client development.
He also was director of strategy at Teneo and senior strategist at ad agency Saatchi & Saatchi.
Livermore also did a ten-year stint in the UK government, working for Gordon Brown when he was Chancellor of the Exchequer and Prime Minister.
