Greentarget brings former Wall Street Journal reporter Jennifer Smith on board as director of content & editorial strategy. At the WSJ, Smith, covered the legal profession before working as a culture reporter and then covering logistics and supply chain. Before joining the WSJ in 2011, she was a reporter at Newsday on Long Island, where she covered environmental issues and other topics. Smith will lead Greentarget’s content team, overseeing content strategy development, primary research reporting, op-ed campaigns, bylined articles, podcasts, audio storytelling and digital magazines. “Jennifer’s experience at such a prestigious publication will advance our embrace of journalistic principles,” said Greentarget founding partner Aaron Schoenherr. “Her natural curiosity and creative energy make her a strong cultural fit and will further our mission to create unique positions of authority for our clients.”

Comcast Houston promotes Misha McClure to director of external affairs, leading its digital equity and community impact programs. McClure has been with Comcast Houston since 2013, most recently serving as external communications manager. In her new role, she will partner with community organizations to help advance Comcast Houston’s position as a digital equity leader. “Misha has worked tirelessly to empower our community with information and programs that have truly made a difference,” said Comcast Houston vice president of external affairs Toni Beck.
