FINN Partners promotes senior partner Michael Heinley to global head of client engagement & growth in the health practice. Before joining FINN in 2016, Heinley was VP, corporate communication at WebMD. He has also held senior positions at Johnson & Johnson and Merck. In his new role, Heinley will lead initiatives that focus on quality and providing access to FINN’s integrated services, global resources and teams. He is responsible for driving new and organic growth opportunities, providing senior counsel and serving as a relationship leader for health client engagements. He will report to FINN global health practice lead and managing partner Fern Lazar. “Collaboration is a behavior and a process that unlocks people’s greatest potential. Before that, she was associate publisher at Edible Austin. Before coming to Visa, he was head of consumer marketing at The Heineken Company, where he led a team to build customer and consumer demand for brands including Foster’s, Beck’s and Newcastle Brown Ale. In his new post, Greig will lead Fundbox’s brand, product and growth marketing and communications functions.
