Julie Okada will join Brunswick Group as partner/global head of learning and leadership development on March 15.
Most recently, she was a principal at Triad Consulting Group in charge of communications to bolster organizational performance and team performance.
Earlier, Okada was executive director at Duke Corporate Education as a talent manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina.
She began her career at PwC.
Neal Wolin, Brunswick CEO, said the firm understands the critical importance of development to further the career of staffers.
“Julie will be instrumental in pushing these efforts forward further and helping to develop the firm’s next generation of leaders,” he said.
