VMLY&R hires Adam Woullard as managing connections director, PR. Woullard joins the firm from the United States Anti-Doping Agency, where he was director of communications. Woullard was previously senior vice president at FleishmanHillard and spent seven years as assistant director of public relations at the Green Bay Packers. In his new role, Woullard will lead VMLY&R’s public relations capability, reporting to Amy Worley, global chief connection officer. “Adding Adam’s talents and leadership to our roster will help us further bolster smart, connected creativity,” said Worley.
Information technology and services company Zelis brings on Heather Valteris as chief marketing officer. Valteris was previously chief marketing officer for international markets at Cigna. She has also held senior-level marketing positions at SAS, GE Capital, Citibank and MNBA. At Zelis, Valteris will lead the company’s marketing strategy to build upon its market position and drive measurable business growth. “In addition to her impressive marketing background, Heather’s experience driving global brand strategy is complementary to Zelis,” said CEO Amanda Eisel.
Texas Trust Credit Union names Heidi Hardy vice president of public relations. Hardy previously ran her own marketing consulting firm, Real Life Media, which creates audio/video content for non-profits and small businesses. Before that, she was vice president of community engagement for the Arlington-Mansfield Area YMCA. In her new position, Hardy will oversee the credit union’s community relations and public relations strategies, with the goal of enhancing Texas Trust’s reputation. “Heidi Hardy’s experience and connections will enhance our presence in the community and allow us to expand our outreach,” said Texas Trust Credit Union chief growth officer Rom Smith.
