Freeman previously ran MOVE Consulting, where she counseled advertising agencies as well as brands, including McCann New York, Ulta Beauty, McDonald’s, USTA, Clorox and Showtime. She has also served as chief strategy officer at FCB New York and co-head of strategy at Grey Group. Based in New York, Freeman will lead the region’s growing research and strategy team. “Deb is a real find; she has incredible experience pairing deep human insights with data, technology and creativity to position both new and existing brands for success,” said BCW president, North America and global chief growth officer Brooke Hovey.

Brunswick Group appoints Nick Blow as head of its Brussels office. Blow, who has been a partner at Brunswick since 2015, has served as acting joint office head in Brussels since 2020. Before joining Brunswick, he ran his own boutique firm, Strategic Communications. He has also served as a parliamentary assistant in the European Parliament. “Nick is an outstanding leader,” said Brunswick Group CEO Neal Wolin. “He has deep experience in the Brussels market and brings proven management expertise.”

160 over 90 names George Wright, LeslieAnne Wade and Matthew Berritt to vice president positions. Wright, who serves as vice president, social and influence, was previously at Weber Shandwick and Lippe Taylor. At 160over90, he will develop strategies for new business proposals and existing clients, managing a team of 10 and reporting to VP influence marketing Derek Goode. Wade, who is vice president of PR and communications, served as SVP of communications at CBS Sports for 17 years, and most recently was a co-founder of White Tee Partners, which works with clients in the golf space. Berritt, who is VP media relations, joins 160over90 from the Pamela Anderson Foundation, where he led all communications and partnerships for the organization and Ms. Anderson. He has also served as communications director for Kempner Communications and vice president of the lifestyle practice at EVINS.
