Clarity hires Victoria Morrison as global head of marketing. Morrison was most recently global marketing director at Hotwire, where she oversaw the creation and delivery of the agency’s global marketing plan, including the launch of their new brand and positioning. Before that, she held a variety of roles at Cision. The agency has also brought on Andy West, formerly Hotwire chief development officer, as a board advisor through his own PR advisory firm, West of Center. Morrison and West will work to strategically shape and align the agency’s business development and positioning and drive global brand awareness and lead generation.

NP Digital names Mike Grehan senior vice president of corporate communications. Grehan joins the company from Acronym, where he was CMO and managing director. He was previously group publishing director at Incisive Media, which publishes SearchEngineWatch.com and ClickZ.com. In his new role, Grehan will head up corporate communications and industry outreach for NP Digital. “Mike’s depth of knowledge and reach into the digital marketing industry here in the US and internationally adds yet another layer of expertise to NP Digital’s growing marketing communications team,” said NP Digital CEO Mike Gullaksen.

Digital Realty, which owns, acquires, develops and operates data centers, appoints Jordan Sadler as senior vice president, public and private investor relations. Sadler joins the company from KeyBanc Capital Markets, where he most recently served as managing director, equity research analyst. He was previously a vice president at Citigroup, serving on the company’s real estate research team. At Digital Realty, Sadler will be responsible for directing and further developing the company’s investor relations program. “Over the past two decades, he has built deep relationships and provided invaluable insights across the analyst and investor community," said Digital Realty CEO A. William Stein.
