Wolters Kluwer appoints Dave Guarino as VP, global communications. Guarino most recently served as chief communications officer at S&P Global. Prior to holding senior communications roles within S&P, Mr. Guarino worked at UBS and the New York Life Insurance Company. Based in New York, Mr. Guarino will have overall communications responsibility for the company. “With his extensive global experience, Dave will be instrumental in executing the company’s strategic priorities and identifying new opportunities in both internal and external communications,” said Wolters Kluwer senior vice president and chief corporate brand and communications officer Caroline Wouters.

Wallbox, a provider of electric vehicle charging and energy management solutions, appoints Matthew Tractenberg as VP, investor relations. Tractenberg was most recently SVP, investor at capital markets communications platform Q4. He has also headed up investor relations for WestRock Company and Belden Inc. In his new post, Tractenberg will be responsible for developing and growing relationships across the investment and analyst communities. Wallbox CEO Enric Asuncion called Tractenberg “a knowledgeable and experienced investor relations officer.”

Drew Gomez |
Mindbloom, which offers “psychedelic therapy,” a combination of medicine with coaching, content, and clinical precision for people looking to improve their mental health, names Drew Gomez head of brand and product marketing. Gomez joins the company from men’s skin care company Geologie, where he was vp of brand and product marketing. He previously served as global head of marketing at Oculus VR (Meta’s virtual reality and augmented reality division) and senior marketing manager at Tonal. At Mindbloom, Gomez is tasked with establishing the brand as a household name in mental health and wellbeing, and to propel ketamine therapy into the mainstream.
