The Next Solutions Group names Dan Childs as managing director, head of global media engagement. Childs comes to Next from Porter Novelli, where he served as senior vice president of healthcare media relations. NP Digital, a performance marketing firm, brings on Michelle Scully as vice president of human resources. Scully was most recently vp of people of culture for global data and technology company Choreograph. She has also served as director of HR at Wunderman. National Vision Holdings hires Joe VanDette as chief marketing officer. VanDette was previously chief marketing and digital executive for Smart & Final, a chain of grocery warehouse stores. He has also held leadership roles in marketing, strategy, and consumer analytics for Toys ‘R Us.
