Crosby Marketing Communications promotes Amy Hitt to executive vice president of operations. Hitt has been with the agency since 1994, most recently serving as a senior vice president. She has been instrumental in developing best practices to improve the firm’s operational efficiency, productivity and creativity, and has more than 20 years of experience in broadcast, print and digital production. Crosby has also promoted Jamie Breazeale, who has been with the agency since 2013, to vice president, connection planning and Mini Johri to associate vice president, production services.

KPS3 names Julie Ardito vice president, public relations. Ardito most recently served as senior director, advancement and engagement at the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine, elevating the organization’s brand reputation, visibility and engagement with key audiences. She was previously principal of Julie Ardito Public Relations and has also served as director of community affairs and constituent services for former Nevada governor Brian Sandoval, director of public relations for the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada and senior vice president for the Rose/Glenn Group. At KPS3, Ardito will lead communications and public relations for the firm, advancing the growth and diversification of its PR division. “Her leadership, proven track record and awesome attitude is the perfect addition to an already stellar team of public relation professionals,” said KPS3 president and CEO Rob Gaedtke.

Global real estate firm Hines appoints Christine Delucchi as senior vice president of marketing and communications. Delucchi comes to the firm from creative consultancy Streetsense, where she was partner and chief growth officer. In her new role, Delucchi will report to global head of marketing and communications George Lancaster. “Chris will have oversight of investor and property marketing, creative services, and the geographic hubs in Asia, Europe, and the Americas,” said Lancaster.

Act-On, a marketing automation platform, brings on Casey Munck as vice president of marketing. Munck most recently served as senior director of marketing at Revinate. She previously held senior marketing posts at NAVIS, Cendyn and Amadeus IT Group, and has been a staff writer and reporter with the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. In her new post, Munck will be tasked with raising awareness of the Act-On platform’s power.
