PlanSource, a tech company that automates employee benefit programs, hires Ewan Auguste as chief marketing officer. Auguste comes to the company from Adobe, where he was head of global marketing operations and technology. He was previously director of digital strategy at work management platform Workforce, which was acquired by Adobe in 2020. Before that, he was digital marketing director at IBM, leading the rollout of the IBM Cloud Marketplace. At PlanSource, Auguste will lead the global marketing team and work to accelerate the vision of the brand and demand generation strategy. “With his background in digital marketing and technology, he will be a great fit for the PlanSource team,” said company CEO Tom Signorello.

Eads, who recently celebrated her five-year anniversary with the company, was previously a senior account manager, overseeing a roster of clients including Barnsley Resort in Adairsville, GA, Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino, W Fort Lauderdale and Grand Universe Lucca in Tuscany.
