Investis Digital names Myles Peacock CEO, effective immediately. Peacock was most recently chief at content creative company Creative Drive, which was acquired by Accenture Interactive in August 2020. He was previously president, global brand leader at eg+ worldwide. In his new role, Peacock will focus on driving the global executive team’s strategic vision, client service and performance offerings. “His extensive cross-cultural knowledge and depth of understanding of how interconnected teams work globally make him the right person to lead Investis Digital through our next chapter of growth,” said Investis Digital chair Nigel Morris.

PROS, which provides SaaS solutions to optimize shopping and selling experiences, names former Microsoft U.S. chief marketing officer Grad Conn to the CMO spot at the company. Conn was most recently chief experience and marketing officer at enterprise software company Sprinklr. At PROS, he will be responsible for driving global marketing strategy, focusing on customer experience and brand building. “His vast experience as a CMO will take our go-to-market strategies in new directions and deepen engagement with our customers and prospects throughout their omnichannel sales journey,” said PROS chief executive officer Andres Reiner.

Twilio hires Joyce Kim as chief marketing officer. Kim was previously CMO at software company Genesys, and she has also served as chief digital & marketing officer at developer ecosystem Arm. Kim will lead Twilio’s global marketing as the company works to expand its presence in the customer engagement category. “With decades of experience across SaaS product positioning, demand generation and large scale developer community engagement, Joyce’s expertise directly lends itself to leading Twilio’s growing, global marketing organization,” said Twilio president of revenue Elena Donio.
