Rubenstein Public Relations has named Steven Weiss executive VP and group head of corporate communications. Weiss joins the agency from MWW, where he had served as a VP since 2018, leading clients across the healthcare, technology, energy and transportation industries. He previously held senior marketing posts at several major healthcare organizations. In his new position, Weiss is responsible for providing strategic oversight to RPR's B2B, finance, technology, and healthcare clients, as well as developing and guiding the overall agency business strategy and performance, employee retention, and talent acquisition and operations. "Steven's talents add tremendous value to the breadth and scope of our organization," said RPR president Richard Rubenstein.

Inkhouse appoints Tori Poole as the agency's vice president of diversity equity & inclusion, a newly created role. Before coming to Inkhouse last year, Poole was a vice president at Reed Public Relations, and she has also worked at Matter, Nuance Communications and Schneider Associates. In her new role, Poole's focus is to build equity and inclusion internally, as well as providing the agency's clients with best practices for multicultural communications. "Tori's ability to bring clarity, fairness and compassion to difficult situations is one of her superpowers. I've been able to witness it with Inkhouse employees and clients alike. FINN Partners appoints Jennifer Hawkins as New York travel practice leader and managing partner. Hawkins joined FINN as managing partner, luxury travel, when her firm Hawkins International PR and affiliate agency Maverick Creative were acquired by the agency in November 2021. In her new position, she is responsible for leading FINN's 60-person team of integrated marketing and travel communications pros across the continental US.
