Baretz+Brunelle adds former U.S. Army Intelligence Officer Aaron Byron to its newly launched Talent Intelligence & Analytics practice, which is led by partner Howard Rosenberg. Byron will help lead and manage the team that produces military-grade intelligence reports on law firm lateral candidates for firms to use to make more informed decisions about prospective hires. Before joining B+B, Byron served 12 years of active duty, including as a major, in the U.S. Army, during which he led numerous high-profile classified intelligence and counterintelligence operations domestically and internationally. “His military service and vast experience will provide the foundation for an unmatched quality of service for our law firm clients,” said Rosenberg.

TSN Communications promotes Natalie Hill to CEO, succeeding company founder Greg Zilberfarb, who is stepping down from his role in day-to-day operations. Hill was previously senior vice president of client services at TSN. Prior to joining the agency, she worked at web design agency ACS Creative. In her new position, Hill will focus on managing and building the company's strategic plan, client relations and operations. Adrianna Amato, who has been with TSN since 2018, succeeds Hill as vice president of client services, and Erin Tholen joins the company as director of editorial content.

Huge names Marisa Todd executive creative director. Todd was most recently vice president, product and design at Artsy, an online platform that sells fine art. She was previously managing director at Code & Theory London. Todd will work from the agency’s New York and London offices. The agency has also promoted Kim Nguyen to head of distributed commerce,brought on Katherine Jones-Siemeen as head of product and technology, and hired Nina Osborn as head of strategy.
