Collins comes to Frontdoor from G.E.H.A., a medical benefits provider, where she led marketing, new client acquisition, member loyalty, sales and communication. Before that, she was chief brand and innovation officer at Massage Envy. “Kathy brings a powerful combination of experience, insights and energy to our team,” said Frontdoor CEO and chairman Bill Cobb. “She is passionate about developing brand positioning that is grounded in research and speaks to the heart of what consumers value most.”

Blockchain company Chia Network adds Allison Van Houten to its executive leadership team as chief marketing officer. Van Houten joins the company from digital reading platform Epic for Kids, where she also served as CMO. In addition, she has held senior marketing positions at Omada Health, Google, YouTube and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. At Chia Network, Van Houten will lead the marketing and communication verticals, overseeing brand growth initiatives, product marketing, public relations, corporate communications, executive thought leadership and policy communications. “Allison is a veteran and highly-regarded leader in the marketing space, with direct experience in brand growth and consistent success bringing new products to market,” said Chia Network director, president and COO Gene Hoffman.

AeroSafe Global, a Rochester, NY-based biopharmaceutical company, hires Jessica Cao as senior vice president of marketing. Cao was most recently vice president of pharma strategy and marketing at Catalent Pharma Solutions. She has also held marketing positions at Beckton Dickinson, Baxter and Bayer.
