Lambert hires Paige Wirth as senior director, a newly created position at the company. Wirth joins the agency from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, where she served as director of marketing. Before that, she spent five years at the marketing firm Anthem Worldwide (now SGK), working on the Kellogg's account portfolio. In her new post, Wirth is responsible for expanding Lambert's client service capabilities in marketing and content strategy. “Our growing client base will benefit from her expertise driving complex, multi-million-dollar national marketing campaigns across multiple platforms," said Lambert CEO Michelle Olson.

Curious Plot promotes Mitch Van Kampen to president and chief strategy officer. Van Kampen has most recently served as executive vp and CSO at the firm, leading the agency’s consulting practice and strategic services offering. Prior to joining Curious Plot in 2012, he worked for management consulting firm Adayana, formerly ABG Inc. In his new role at Curious Plot, he will focus on growth initiatives and long-term strategic direction for the organization, while continuing to provide strategic counsel to clients. He reports to Laurie Fleck, who continues as the agency’s chief executive officer. “We have seen significant recent growth, and I’ve challenged Mitch to ensure we maintain that momentum and properly manage our growth,” Fleck said.

Day is co-lead of the Corporate and Consumer Practice Group, overseeing a team that works with global brands in the mobility, oil and gas, retail and distilled spirits sectors. Before joining Finn, he was a vice president at Powell Tate. McGowan is co-lead of the Community Impact Practice Group, which supports corporate and nonprofit organizations’ integrated initiatives. Prior to joining Finn Partners in 2004, he was a project assistant for the John Seigenthaler Chair of Excellence in First Amendment Studies at Middle Tennessee State University. “Mark and Philip are exceptionally effective in serving our clients and growing Finn’s presence across the Southeast, and we are delighted to expand their influence in both arenas,” said Finn Partners managing partner, Southeast Beth S.
