She was previously director of digital marketing at TealBook, where she executed a full company rebrand. Narrative Strategies hires Dominique McKay as senior director. McKay rejoins the firm, where she was previously a director, after serving as communications director for U.S. Senator Tim Scott (R-SC). She has also served as deputy communications director for Sen. John Thune (R-SD), as well as press secretary for the Senate Republican Conference Committee under Senator Thune. “Dominique has a wealth of experience fighting policy battles on Capitol Hill and was an outstanding leader during her previous tenure at Narrative,” said Narrative Strategies Founding Partner Ken Spain.

Dickerson was previously CMO at KeyedIn, a project and portfolio management software firm. Before that, he held leadership roles at Workfront, Novell and several venture-backed startups. In his new role, Dickerson is guiding Paubox’s strategic marketing initiatives for a suite of solutions that support the email compliance and security needs of medical practices, mental health facilities, hospitals and other entities covered by HIPAA regulations. “Shawn brings his depth of B2B SaaS marketing experience to our team and is the ideal executive to lead us in the next phase of growth at Paubox,” said Paubox CEO and founder Hoala Greevy.
