Edelman Global Advisory has selected Nikolaus Schultze as climate policy chair.
He is based in Paris and will help clients tackle regulatory issues and better understand the climate issues that impact their businesses.
Schultze joins EGA from Conservation International, where as VP for European partnerships he advised companies on how to achieve net-zero goals and spearheaded task forces focused on increasing investments in biodiversity.
Previously, he was global policy director at the International Chamber of Commerce, COO at the World Maritime University and assistant director-general at the Global Green Growth Institute.
Deborah Lehr, EGA CEO, called Schultze a recognized leader in climate policy “with a unique background that will help our clients adapt to change, while also supporting climate innovators in successfully growing their firms.”
