Real Chemistry promotes Wendy Carhart to the newly created role of chief communications, culture & purpose officer. Carhart joined Real Chemistry in 2019, previously serving as head of global communications. Before coming to Real Chemistry, she was a SVP at Edelman and VP at WE Communications. In her new role, Carhart will lead strategy for Real Chemistry’s communications, culture and employee engagement activities, and her team will advance the company’s positive social impact. She reports directly to CEO Shankar Narayanan and has joined the company’s executive leadership team. “Wendy’s trusted leadership has been instrumental to Real Chemistry, and her ability to think strategically and execute with precision is a powerful combination that will be foundational in her new role,” said Narayanan.

Bob’s Red Mill Natural Foods hires Allyson Borozan as SVP of marketing. Borozan comes to the company from Kellogg, where she most recently served as senior director of salty snacks innovation strategy and marketing, She was previously a global account director at YourEncore and brand and innovation marketing manager at Alberto Culver. At Bob’s Red Mill, Borozan is tasked with helping elevate the brand worldwide and optimizing business strategy within the company’s marketing, new product development, and customer engagement departments. “Her consumer packaged goods experience and enthusiastic approach to innovative marketing, along with her deep respect for the brand and our employee-owned culture, makes her the perfect person for this role,” said Bob’s Red Mill chief executive officer Trey Winthrop.

FXCM Group, a London-based provider of online foreign exchange and CFD trading services, names Paul Gyles CMO. Gyles joins FXCM from international savings and investments company M&G plc, where he served as global director of brand & digital marketing. He was previously global marketing director at online trading provider IG and marketing director at Sony UK’s tv and audio division. At FXCM, Gyles will be responsible for driving the company’s branding and marketing strategy. “Paul has broad marketing and management experience and a proven track record in high-paced financial services and technology environments,” said FXCM chief executive officer Brendan Callan.
