State Street Corporation appoints Brenda Tsai as EVP and global CMO. Tsai most recently served as chief marketing and communications officer at DXC Technology. She previously served as CMO of Bank of New York Mellon and as a managing director at General Electric. At State Street, Tsai will oversee global brand and marketing strategy and execution, including content, digital marketing, events, product campaigns and media relations. “Brenda’s decades of experience in brand building and B2B marketing is an ideal fit as she takes the helm of our global marketing organization,” said State Street executive vice president and global head of client experience Julia McCarthy.
APCO Worldwide brings on Tom Harper as a director in its London office. Prior to joining APCO, Harper worked as a consultant in areas including technology, finance, environmental and life sciences. He was previously a home affairs correspondent at the Sunday Times and served as the investigations editor of The Independent. At APCO, Harper will provide strategic counsel to clients on crisis, campaigns, politics, international relations and media. “He brings with him a deep understanding of crisis issues, an international perspective and a drive to help clients navigate the many commercial and geopolitical challenges they are currently facing,” said APCO London managing director Roi Feder.

She has previously collaborated with The Dana Agency on work for clients such as Española Way, The National Hotel, Islamorada Resort Company and the Pullman Miami Airport Hotel. “Paula’s experience in real estate, specifically with the Miami Downtown Development Authority, the Lincoln Road Business Improvement District and Miami Worldcenter, coupled with her hospitality background, which includes serving as in-house PR for the legendary Fontainebleau Miami Beach, will be a tremendous asset to our luxury lifestyle portfolio,” said The Dana Agency founder and president Dana Rhoden Baren.
SAHARA Las Vegas names Amber Jung vice president of marketing. Jung joins the company from Caesars Entertainment, where she served as regional vice president of marketing. She was previously director of casino marketing at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa and director of brand marketing at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. At SAHARA Las Vegas, Jung is tasked with creating and integrating marketing strategies across advertising, digital marketing, social media and direct channels.
