Barr has headed the agency's San Francisco and D.C. offices and founded its global B2B technology specialty. In her new post, she will drive the day-to-day operation of the technology group, including overseeing its structure and future vision. Fischler has overseen the agency's consumer technology work, focusing on PR strategy and implementation for technology brands. In her new global strategy role, Fischler will focus on identifying the latest trends in technology and will work with the agency's global board to drive technology initiatives throughout the operation. Sage Growth Partners, a Baltimore-based healthcare research, strategy and marketing firm, hires Drew Whalen as senior vice president, business development. Whalen joins SGP from Pattern Health, where he served as VP, business development. He has also held multiple leadership roles with Philips Healthcare, Eliza Corporation and Sanofi. Genard comes to the company from Old Dominion University.
