Signal AI acquires KELP, a data analytics platform that delivers industry reputation insights and benchmarks hundreds of companies. KELP’s team will join Signal AI as full-time employees, including co-founders Dan Gaynor, who previously founded Weber Shandwick’s narrative strategy and analytics practice, and former Publicis Media head of strategy Shann Biglione. “At Signal AI, we’re already providing executives with external intelligence to help them cut through the noise and understand which topics and events are impacting their reputation.” Said Signal AI chief executive officer David Benigson. “Together with KELP, we’ll turn this data into truly actionable insight for our customers.”

919 Marketing acquires ClickCulture, a Raleigh, NC-based web development and digital marketing company. ClickCulture will now operate under the name 919 Marketing and retain all its employees. ClickCulture founder and CEO Lloyd Jacobs will serve as 919 Marketing’s creative director, working with art directors, copywriters, web developers, PR specialists, digital marketers, videographers, and the 919 analytics team. "We can now elevate our creative capabilities to include custom applications for websites, unique digital campaigns, and elite, award-winning graphic design,” said 919 Marketing CEO and founder David Chapman.

Propel graduates from Meta’s B2B Disruptors Program in Israel. The company was one of 16 participants in the seven-week program, which was organized by Meta’s Europe, Middle East, and Africa B2B leadership team. It covered such B2B marketing tactics as leveraging sales funnels to increase conversion rates at scale, team building and hiring, along with various workshops.
