ONEOK, which connects natural gas liquids supplies with key market centers, hires J. Darren Wallis as SVP, communications and community relations. Wallis was most recently VP of communications for the North American region of Crop Science, a division of Bayer. He was previously director of public affairs at Monsanto and has also held executive positions at Weber Shandwick and FleishmanHillard. “His experience and expertise in communications will be key in developing and driving our strategic business and reputation initiatives that align with ONEOK's mission, vision and core values,” said ONEOK president and CEO Pierce H. Norton.

XPO Logistics, Inc., a freight transportation services provider, names Nina Reinhardt CCO of RXO, the planned spin-off of the company’s brokered transportation platform. Reinhardt joins the company after spending 18 years at Honeywell, where she was most recently VP, external communications and public affairs, serving as chief company spokesperson and leading a global team that developed strategies and messaging for all Honeywell business units and regions. “Nina is a hands-on communications executive who will be a highly visible representative of the RXO brand,” said Drew Wilkerson, who will be chief executive officer of RXO.

KM Strategies Group appoints CNN political contributor Abdul El-Sayed as its first senior advisor. A contributing editor at The New Republic, El-Sayed was also a candidate for governor of Michigan in 2018 and led the Detroit Health Department as executive director and health officer for the City of Detroit from 2015 to 2017.
