BCW hires Holly Brittingham as its first global chief learning officer, with responsibility for talent training and organizational development across the agency’s global network. Brittingham comes to BCW from FCB Global, where she most recently served as global lead, organizational learning and development. In that role, she designed and facilitated FCB’s first global CEO Summit in partnership with University of Oxford’s business school. She has also served as principal organizational development consultant at EMC Corporation and director, talent management center of excellence at Fidelity Investments. “Holly is renowned in the industry for identifying and creating people programs that focus on developing talent, identifying the needs of people in an ever-changing landscape, and paving career paths for talent to develop into high-performing leaders,” said BCW global CEO Donna Imperato.

SellersEaston Media, a content creation company that works with clients including Abbott Laboratories, Accenture, Bank of America and Goldman Sachs, brings on TIME magazine deputy editor Eben Shapiro as executive editor. Before joining TIME in 2017, Shapiro was at the Wall Street Journal, serving as a top editor of sections including Personal Journal (the consumer section, which he co-founded), Review and Arena. He has also served as business editor of Newsweek and a business reporter at the New York Times. SellersEaston co-CEO Nina Easton said Shapiro will collaborate with the firm’s senior leadership to write books; produce documentaries, short films and videos; and build platforms for executive clients via articles, blog posts, keynote speeches, and live interviews. “Eben’s subject matter expertise is vast and deep, extending from media and the arts to consumer and general business globally,” Easton noted.

Indigo Agriculture, an agricultural technology company, appoints Victoria Godfrey as chief marketing officer. Godfrey was most recently at dental benefits provider DentaQuest, where as senior vp she launched an integrated brand and introduced go-to-market teams. She was previously senior vice president of integrated marketing at Dun & Bradstreet and CMO of car-sharing service Zipcar. At Indigo Ag, Godfrey will expand the company's integrated marketing, brand and go-to-market support. "She uniquely brings deep and proven experience building trusted brands and a marketing platform for scaling small and medium businesses,” said Indigo CEO Ron Hovsepian.
