MMGY Global chief executive officer Clayton Reid will be moving into the role of executive chairman of the board on January 1, 2023 as part of an evolution of the agency’s global leadership team. Agency president Katie Briscoe will take over the CEO position and chief operating officer Craig Compagnone will become president and COO. As CEO, Briscoe will focus on the company’s global expansion and positioning, driving innovation for the travel industry and continuing to cultivate an environment in which team members can thrive professionally and personally. As President and COO, Compagnone will oversee the delivery of the company’s full portfolio of services, business strategy and staff support for MMGY Global’s eight operating brands. The 2023 Global Leadership Team will also be composed of chief financial officer Hugh McConnell, executive vice president of global HR Mia Wise and a soon-to-be-appointed chief marketing officer.

Power Home Remodeling, a full-service exterior home remodeler, names Kerry McGovern senior vice president of brand, a newly created position. McGovern joins Power from real estate company RE/MAX, where she was vice president, communications, leading all internal and external communications. She was previously prinicipal of strategy and special projects at Under Armour and has also led communications at alcohol delivery service app Drizly and the National Hockey League. In her new role, McGovern will oversee strategic direction and execution across internal communications, public relations, digital marketing and creative services. “We took our time to find a leader who could help us build a brand and a story as big as our business,” said Power co-CEO Asher Raphael. “As soon as I met Kerry I knew we found the right person.”

Lewellyn, who was previously digital marketing manager at Pedigree Technologies, will drive the the company's global marketing strategy across all of its digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, SEM, SEO and email campaigns. Tulip has led teams at software startups including LeagueApps, OYO USA and FCM Travel Solutions. He will focus on increasing PRophet's number of enterprise customers.
