Clyde Group hires Cash Taylor as vice president of talent and culture. Before joining Clyde Group, Taylor spent several years as the chief HR officer for two mental and behavioral health care providers in Philadelphia. She has also held HR posts at CCI Consulting and Comcast. In her new post, Taylor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Clyde Group’s human resources department, charting the vision for the team member experience. “I am confident Cash will prioritize the promises we make to our team members: making sure they can show up as their whole selves, feel empowered to do their best work, see paths to advancement and have the educational opportunities to get there,” said Clyde Group founder & CEO Alex Slater.

Cox was most recently SVPof product management and segment growth at Labcorp, where she spearheaded drug development growth strategy and innovation efforts for the company. She previously led US and global marketing efforts for Eli Lilly in therapeutic areas including cardiovascular disease and endocrinology.
