RW Jones Agency, a strategic consultancy that works with institutes of higher education, promotes Maggy Ralbovsky to president and managing director. Ralbovsky previously served as executive vice president at the firm. She joined RW Jones (then Dick Jones Communications) in 2016, following the firm’s acquisition of Morrison & Tyson Communications, where she had worked for over two decades. In her new post, Ralbovsky takes on a greater management focus for the firm as well as the growth of the agency’s strategic consulting and change management practice. “For the past six years, Maggy has been at the table charting the growth and ensuring the RW Jones Agency remains synonymous with the highest class of consulting in higher education,” said RW Jones Agency managing partner Scott Willyerd. “She innately understands higher education, and we wanted to recognize the invaluable role she plays in our agency.”

GT’s Living Foods, which produces organic and fermented foods that are sold by over 55,000 retailers across North America and Europe, appoints Kim Bates as chief marketing officer. Bates was most recently CMO and chief futurist at Common Good Agency. Before that, she was chief futurist at Faith Popcorn’s BrainReserve. In her new position, Bates will lead brand marketing, design, advertising, public relations, media, digital, social and influencer, as well as having responsibility for the company’s Pure Love Studios. "What she brings as a strategic brand marketer and creative leader combined with her expertise in futurism and innovation is rare to find in a single individual and uniquely positions us for exponential growth,” said GT’s Living Foods founder and chief executive officer GT Dave.

Alcatraz AI, a developer of physical security technologies and artificial intelligence, brings on Tad Druart as vice president of marketing. Druart comes to the company from Eagle Eye Networks, where he served as VP of global marketing, building and scaling its worldwide marketing operations. He was previously chief marketing and revenue officer at Catanta Health, which provides electronic health record and financial management software for hospitals and behavioral health facilities. At Alcatraz AI, Druart will oversee the company's global marketing programs, including brand strategy, product marketing and communications. “Tad’s expertise building and scaling marketing and demand generation engines in startup and high growth environments will be critical to our future success,” said Alcatraz AI CEO Tina D’Agostin.
