Chaudhary, who most recently served as North America president of Ketchum, succeeds Dave Imre, who takes on the role of executive chairman and remains a member of the agency's board of directors. Before coming to Ketchum, Chaudhary was global president of healthcare at Golin. At imre, she will be responsible for the agency's business strategy and operations, talent, client engagements, growth and M&A. "Neera's large agency commercial experience of P&Ls exceeding $225M coupled with her growth prowess and energy for delivering disruptive firsts on behalf of clients, embodies all the qualities we were searching for in our next CEO," said Dave Imre.

Goldfarb joins RW Jones, which focuses on communications and engagement for colleges and universities, from the University of Delaware, where she was senior director of digital communications. Before that, she held several positions at Gannett, including digital planning editor of delawareonline.com. At RW Jones, Goldfarb will oversee leadership coaching, influencer engagement, content planning, voice development and social impact reporting. "She will help our partner institutions build community trust through social channels," said RW Jones CEO and managing partner Sean Rossall.
