Interpublic Group promotes Kristen Cavallo, CEO at The Martin Agency, to global CEO of MullenLowe Group. Cavallo will also remain in her role at The Martin Agency. Cavallo started her career at Mullen in 1994 and has subsequently served in a series of executive posts at both Mullen and The Martin Agency. She succeeds Alex Leikikh, who will remain chairman at MullenLowe Group and also become EVP at Interpublic. As CEO of MullenLowe Group, Cavallo will oversee 20 offices in 13 countries, across the world’s top commercial markets with major hubs in the US, London, Mumbai, Singapore and Bogota. “Kristen’s experience, leading creative organizations to heightened levels of success and growth, will be a great asset for all of MullenLowe’s partners. She’s a leader that people want to follow, and she’s proven that she can attract and grow the industry's best talent,” said IPG CEO Philppe Krakowsky.

Sharon Barclay, Jeff Leopold, Jamie Tero

Allison+Partners ups Sharon Barclay to managing director, B2B technology, US; Jeff Leopold to managing director, CX; and Jaime Tero to managing director, technology. All three were previously executive VPs at the agency. They will now work in partnership with previously announced group presidents Karyn Barr and Jordan Fischler on overseeing the growth and diversification of Allison’s technology practice. Barclay will oversee the U.S. expansion of Allison’s enterprise technology portfolio, as well as continuing to tead Allison+Partners’ Hewlett Packard Enterprise partnership. Leopold will partner with the agency’s broader CX leadership team on developing best-in-class tools, techniques, resources and expertise. Tero will be charged with advancing Allison+Partners' reputation in the cybersecurity, big data and emerging technology sectors by developing new offerings that tap into the agency's suite of integrated services and leveraging her international experience to identify talent and growth opportunities globally.

Danielle Jones,
Jayda Leder-Luis

Stratacomm hires Danielle Jones and Jayda Leder-Luis as vice presidents in client service. Jones, who will work out of Louisville, KY, was most recently executive director of public affairs at the Kentucky Tourism, Arts, and Heritage Cabinet. She will focus on working with the agency’s federal energy clients. Leder-Luis, who is based in Boston, comes to Stratacomm from Denterlein, where she was a vice president, leading account teams across the transportation, real estate, healthcare and education sectors. The agency has also brough on Kris Smith, as media director. Based in Nashville, she was previously a VP at The Buntin Group in Nashville.
