dovetail solutions promotes Emily Teiffel to president. Teiffel has been with the agency since 2009, serving as chief operating officer since 2015. She will remain in the COO position and, as president, she will now be responsible for initiating and leading the firm’s vision, growth and long-term goals alongside the leadership team. The agency has also promoted Summer Wright to senior vice president and Julia Bulotti to senior director of client services. Wright was previously a vice president at the agency, and before coming to dovetail in 2020, she was director of marketing at The Niello Company. Weber Shandwick appoints Dylan Davenport to the newly created role of UK executive vice president, brand. Davenport was most recently managing director at The Wild, a social-first creative agency that is part of social publisher Jungle Creations. He was previously a managing director at adam&eveDDB, where he worked with such clients as YouView, Halifax, Unilever, VW, The Automobile Association and EA Sports. In his new post, Davenport will be tasked with leading the brand proposition across The Weber Shandwick Collective in the UK. “He brings a wealth of experience working with some of the biggest brands in the world and I’m confident he will play an integral role in helping us continue to expand upon our creative offering,” said Weber Shandwick UK chief executive officer Helen Bennett.

Shore Fire Media names Elvin Sabla creative brand director. Sabla most recently led editorial communications for the NFT division of Crypto.com. He was previously manager of marketing and communications at Downtown Music Publishing. Based out of Shore Fire’s Brooklyn headquarters, Sabla will oversee the company’s branding and content strategy. “Elvin is not only a consummate storyteller, but also has a refined curatorial vision and breadth of knowledge about music and culture,” said Shore Fire Media CEO and founder Marilyn Laverty.
