Vasquez previously served as president of Quez Media Marketing, which he founded in 2008. At Growth Opps, Vasquez will be responsible for overseeing the organization's marketing strategy and execution, as well as working closely with the rest of the leadership team to identify new growth opportunities and develop effective plans to capitalize on them. "His extensive marketing and technology experience and proven track record position him well to help us continue to build our brand and drive impact," said Growth Opps CEO Michael Jeans.

S2 Capital, a residential real estate investment firm, brings on Patrick Connell as head of capital formation and investor relations, a new position at the company. Connell was most recently managing director and head of capital raising at L&L Holding Company. Previously, he was principal of fundraising and investor relations at Riverstone Holdings. In his new position, Connell will lead fundraising and manage S2 Capital’s growing relationships with institutional investors globally. He will also lead S2’s investor relations team and open the New York office.

Vested appoints Adam Smith to UK CEO. Smith joins the agency from financial services specialist Teamspirit, where he was managing director. At Vested, he is tasked with leading the continued growth trajectory of the agency in the UK. Smith will report into Elspeth Rothwell who set up Vested’s London office in January 2018 and was recently appointed EMEA CEO, with an expanded remit to oversee international growth and delivery alongside her UK responsibilities. “We are thrilled to welcome Adam to Vested to help us build the next phase of our business,” said Rothwell.
