Raleigh’s French|West|Vaughan has acquired The Millerschin Group, the Detroit shop that serves the mobility/transportation sector.
The eight-member shop counts Mitsubishi Electric Automotive America, LG Energy Solution, Eaton, and SMAC Corp. among its clients.
FWV chief Rick French, a Detroit-area native, said he’s “been looking for an opportunity to plant the FWV flag in the Motor City for more than a decade, but it had to be the right fit, with like-minded people.”
He said “TMG has an outstanding reputation in the mobility and B2B sectors, both of which we view as growth opportunities for the agency, especially with so many automotive manufacturers and first-tier suppliers having already established significant operations in the South.”
TMG will maintain its own brand and operate under the FWV umbrella as do: AMP3 PR (New York), CGPR (Boston). FWV Fetching (Tampa) and Prix Productions (Los Angeles).


Motion, a Chicago-based brand growth agency, acquires video-forward marketing and communications firm AKA Media Partners, which has been in business since 1998.
Declan Kelly's Consello has acquired Morpheus Risk, a UK-based risk and threat assessment firm.
Ruder Finn has acquired Missouri Creative, a 30-member visual storytelling, design and experience-led brand activation firm based in London.
Highwire acquires The Bliss Group, creating a combined firm, operating under the Highwire brand, that has more than 250 professionals across North America.
Miami’s Newlink Group has acquired Italy’s EJ to strengthen its position in southern Europe, where it has offices in Madrid and Barcelona.
