The Denver Broncos name Hailey Sullivan chief marketing officer. Sullivan joins the organization from beauty tech platform RealSelf, where she also held the CMO spot. She previously led marketing for MGA Entertainment and worked in various roles at Mattel, ranging from head of U.S. marketing to head of Asia Pacific marketing. Sullivan will direct the Broncos’ newly integrated marketing team that spans brand strategy, digital media, broadcasting and game entertainment.

Keypoint Intelligence hires Nancy Byrne as vice president of marketing. Byrne most recently served as global head of communications at AMCS, an environmental services company. In her new role, she will be responsible for Keypoint Intelligence’s marketing communications, working to build the brand, expand its digital presence, and develop programs to increase marketing effectiveness. “Nancy’s extensive experience in marketing and communications makes her a valuable asset to raise our profile and develop a global marketing strategy for all of our products and services,” said Keypoint president and CEO Anthony Sci.

Mission North promotes Nicole Messier to president. Messier has been with the agency since 2018, most recently serving as EVP and GM. Before coming to Mission North, she was head of North American communications at HelloFresh. As Mission North’s president, Messier will be responsible for all aspects of growth for the business, overseeing brand and taking on new responsibilities across business development, product and strategy. Mission North has also promoted Gillian Davis to chief people officer and Shannon Hutto to client officer. Davis was previously EVP, human resources at the agency, and she has also worked at Tesla, Havas Media Group and Razorfish. Hutto has been with Mission North since 2007, most recently serving as partner and GM.
