Gallagher has served as president for international growth and development at Omincom PR Group and CEO at Ketchum Europe. At NPG, his remit will include building out an integrated purpose, resilience & impact offering, working alongside Chris Foster, CEO of The Next Practice and Chair of NPG Purpose. Based in London, Gallagher will support NPG companies to serve clients in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa. "David will help us quickly realize two important parts of our vision—building a global next-generation proposition in marketing and communications for all of our businesses and their clients, beginning with a strong hub in London, and establishing a future-focused understanding of purpose for clients worldwide," said Bob Pearson, NPG founder and chair.

ASDA’A BCW, BCW’s Dubai-based communications consultancy, names Rami Halawani executive vice president – client services. Halawai previously served as the consultancy’s regional director – Levant and North Africa from 2002 to 2009. He rejoins ASDA’A BCW from the Dubai Chambers, where he was director – marketing & corporate communication for over 12 years, In his new post, he will focus on strengthening key client relationships, delivering counsel to elevate campaigns, providing reputation and crisis management counsel, and building new business partnerships. “Rami will provide in-depth counsel to our clients with his demonstrated skills in integrated and digital-first communications as we chart a new growth strategy in 2023,” saud Sunil John, president – MENA of BCW and founder of ASDA’A BCW.

Huge appoints Urvashi Shivdasani as global CFO..Shivdasani joins the IPG agency from Ralph Lauren, where she was SVP of global corporate finance. She previously held several business unit finance leadership roles at Discovery Communications, most recently as division CFO for the U.S. business segment. At Huge, Shivdasani will oversee commercial strategy and lead the company’s accounting, financial planning and analysis, real estate, commercial finance and information technology teams. “Urvashi is an incredibly accomplished finance professional and an empowering leader with an unparalleled track record driving change and profitability for some of the world’s most ambitious brands,” said Huge global CEO Mat Baxter. “Her deep expertise and financial acumen will be vital to the organization as we continue to chart a bold, new course for Huge.”

DiGo (DiMassimo Goldstein) promotes chief strategy officer Lesley Bielby to CEO. Bielby has previously served as CSO at Hill Holiday and head of the brand strategy group for North America at Digitas. Former DiGo CEO Lee Goldstein has re-assumed his prior post as president, and remains a partner and board member. Agency founder Mark DiMassimo, also a former DiGo CEO, remains chairman and creative chief. “Working beside Lesley has always brought about seamless harmony, and now with her as CEO, I know DiGo will continue reaching incredible heights,” said Goldstein.
