Powell Tate, the public affairs unit of The Weber Shandwick Collective, appoints Joshua Wu as SVP president of analytics + intelligence. Wu comes to the agency from Marina Maher Communications, where he was SVP of performance analytics. Before that, he was a VP at Edelman Data & Intelligence. Based in Washington, DC, Wu will oversee a team of analytics talent at Powell Tate and across Weber Shandwick’s South Geo, including Baltimore, Dallas and Atlanta. “Josh’s approach of integrating social science best practices with analytics to unlock insights will open up further opportunities to help our clients solve some of their most pressing business and communications issues,” said Powell Tate president Paul Massey.

Lippe Taylor Group brings on Craig Elimeliah as chief creative officer. Elimeliah was most recently chief experience design officer for VMLY&R. He was previously creative technology director at RAPP. At Lippe Taylor, Elimeliah will lead creative operations across the firm, overseeing all aspects of creative output, from concept development to execution. His vision will also shape strategy and direction for the agency’s campaigns. “Clients have shifted in the direction of our frictionless, earned marketing approach. Having the right creative leader who can build on this foundation is essential to our next phase of growth, and Craig is absolutely that leader,” says agency CEO Paul Dyer.

Moore names seven agency leaders, most of whom have been with agency for over a decade, as Moore Partners, part of its leadership development program. Agency president and COO Terrie Ard will work closely with the partners to drive continued leadership, innovation and influence of the agency's vision for the future. The new partners include senior vp Jordan Jacobs; vice presidents Audrey Goff and Nanette Schimpf; managing directors Fern Senra-James and Liz Underwood; and executive managing director D’Arcy Toffolo. “Each of these partners has been chosen purposefully and intentionally after years of working together, aligning our thinking, and sharing a vision,” said Ard.
