KEF Media tabs Yvonne Hanak to succeed founder Kevin Foley as CEO of the Atlanta-based video, audio and digital production company. While Foley is stepping down, he will continue to assist Hanak as she takes the reins. Hanak, who has been with KEF for 22 years, most recently served as co-president as the company shifted to remote working due to COVID. “Yvonne joined us as a freelance production assistant and has distinguished herself at every level of her professional development,” said Foley. “Her commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations while guiding our team made this promoton an easy decision.”

Crosby Marketing Communications hires Edward Farley as an EVP. Farley was previously VP of brand & creative services at Edelman Financial Services. He has also served as vp of marketing & brand strategy at United Way Worldwide and director of corporate brand strategy and advertising at Humana. In his new post, Farley will lead Crosby teams in developing enterprise brand planning, integrated marketing campaigns, and strategic sponsorships and partnerships on behalf of clients. “Ed has the passion and proven ability to develop strategic insights and integrated programs that transform brands and solve complex marketing challenges,” said Crosby president and CEO Raymond Crosby.

Clarity promotes Rachel Gilley to chief client officer and Lucy Knox to chief commercial officer. Both previously served as presidents at the firm.
