Paul Werth Associates promotes Julie Granillo to president. Granillo has been with the firm since 2019, most recently serving as senior vp. Before joining Werth, she was chief operating officer at ToGoTechnologies, a startup serving the restaurant industry. A founder of the Nashville chapter of the Social Enterprise Alliance, she also helped start up the Dispensary of Hope, a not-for-profit pharmaceutical distributor. Granillo is also the granddaughter to agency founder Paul Werth. “Since joining us, Julie has distinguished herself by her health care client work and in leading our analytics and research functions,” said Werth CEO Sandra Harbrecht Ratchford. “She also has demonstrated strong managerial qualities as a collaborative, optimistic and insightful strategist.”

Marriott International hires Saba Landmann as SVP global brand and portfolio PR. Landman was most recently vp, global communications at G-III Apparel Group, which includes such brands as Donna Karan, Karl Lagerfeld, Vilebrequin and Sonia Rykiel. She previously held senior positions at Vince Holding Corp., Alice + Olivia and Halston. At Marriott, Landmann will be responsible for leading communications for the company's portfolio of 30 hotel brands. "Saba is experienced in creating cutting-edge global communications strategies that drive brand affinity, ensuring each brand in a portfolio is differentiated and resonates with consumers around the world,” said Marriott global brand & marketing officer Tina Edmundson.

Papa John’s International names Madeline Chadwick chief corporate affairs officer. Chadwick most recently served as the company’s svp communications & corporate affairs. Before coming to Papa John’s, Chadwick was vp, communications at Rock Ventures, senior director of global communications at eBay Marketplaces and senior vp, global consumer marketing at Weber Shandwick. In her new post, Chadwick will continue to oversee all team member and franchisee communications; corporate communications; brand public relations and reputation; the company’s corporate social responsibility initiatives and its environmental, social and governance strategy. “Madeline and her team have transformed the communications and corporate affairs functions, and are strategic partners to our business,” said Papa John;s president and CEO Rob Lynch.
