The J.M. Smucker Co., which owns Folgers, Dunkin', Smucker and other brands, names Gail Hollander CMO, effective April 10. Hollander comes to the company from Publicis Groupe, where she had served as president as well as client lead for the Smucker account since December 2021. In her new position, Hollander will support a continued commitment to delivering breakthrough creative and leveraging media modelling to deliver effective reach through the company's advertising investment. She will report to chair of the board, president and CEO Mark Smucker.

United Talent Agency brings on Claudia Russo as SVP of corporate communications. Russo joins UTA from Verizon Business Markets, where she served as head of corporate communications. Before that, she spent 15 years at Fox Television Stations in a series of executive positions including director, corporate communications. She has also worked at Hill+Knowlton Strategies. “Claudia’s deep knowledge and experience with both media relations and investor relations will help us continue to elevate our game as we tell UTA’s story on a global stage,” said UTA chief communication officer Richard Siklos.

Sachs Media promotes Rafael Brazon-Di Fatta to director of account services, a newly established position. Brazon-Di Fatta has been with the agency since March 2020, most recently serving as account manager. In his new post, he will help to implement best practices for onboarding and campaign management across account teams, in addition to serving as an operational resource for account leaders and continuing to manage several high-profile clients and projects. “Rafael will play a key role in scaling our best processes and systems amid the firm’s continued growth and expansion with new clients and staff,” said agency partner and executive VP Ryan Cohn.
