Escalate caters to B2B tech and tech-adjacent industries, while Aria is a healthcare IT-focused PR firm with more than 20 years in the market. HIP Creative, which specializes in orthodontic marketing and growth strategy, acquires OrthoPatients, which also provides orthodontic marketing. The acquisition, which was handled by M&A advisory and exit planning consulting firm Tobin Leff, brings together HIP’s proprietary technology and suite of marketing services with OrthoPatient’s administrative and operational strengths. “With this acquisition, HIP Agency boosts its digital capability, client base, team capability, and leadership team, allowing them to continue to scale and increase market share,” said TobinLeff parter Roy Page. “With administrative, operational, and financial management centralized, OrthoPatients can focus on its core services for growth."
