Clyde Group hires Marianne Kaiser as its first SVP of creative and digital. Kaiser joins the agency from Fingerpaint, where she served as VP, creative director. She has also held senior creative positions at SPLICE Agency, VIVO Agency and BGB Group. At Clyde Group, Kaiser will be responsible for the art, digital and content teams and will bring all three together under the umbrella of creative. “She understands that at its core, the work that we do with our client partners is based on changing behavior and opinions,” said Clyde Group President and COO Michael O’Mara.
MeWe, a social media company, names Michael Huntsman senior VP of marketing. Huntsman was most recently vice president of multi-platform marketing at The Walt Disney Company, where he promoted their entire brand portfolio including Disney, Marvel, LucasFilms, Pixar, ESPN, ABC and FX, and developed strategies and campaigns to reach underserved audiences. He previously held senior positions at 21st Century Fox, Samsung Electronics America and Apple. In his new role, Huntsman will lead efforts to bring users to the MeWe platform, which touts a "Privacy Bill of Rights'' which promises users control of their data and news feeds.
Codeword, a tech PR and content agency, brings on Katy Kelley as senior VP, marketing and brand. Kelley most recently was a senior marketing and editorial consultant for Meta, and before that she handled several projects for Codeword, working with such clients as Snapchat, Criteo and Alibaba. She previously led marketing and communications efforts at Ruder Finn, Cohn & Wolfe (now BCW), and Huge. In her new post, Kelley will oversee all of Codeword’s MarCom functions, leading global strategic communications for the firm. Codeword has also named Ted Brown VP, editorial, and promotes Jordan Leschinsky to VP, strategy.
