Valtech, a business transformation agency, names Caleb Bryant as SVP, demand generation in North America. Bryant comes to the agency from Gorilla Group, where he most recently served as managing director, demand generation and strategic partnerships. He has over 15 years leading teams across business development, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies. In his new position, Bryant will lead the regional vision for demand generation, as well as building teams and best practices for driving and following up with leads and partners. “Caleb Bryant’s experience developing businesses and leading growth initiatives is exceptional. Randle Communications, a Sacramento-based PR and public affairs firm, promotes Julie Phillips to president and partner. Phillips, who has been with the firm since 2012, has most recently served as vice president and managing director. Before coming to Randle, she was communications director and legislative aide for the California State Senate. In her new role, Phillips will steer firm operations as well as playing a larger strategic role leading major clients across the organization. Randle had also named Lindsey Goodwin, Erin Dunlay and Nanette Farag to senior VP roles in public affairs, public relations and political affairs. “Julie, Lindsey, Erin and Nanette are a powerhouse team who bring tremendous value to our client partners based on their unique strengths and expertise,” said agency founder and CEO Jeff Randle.

PCS Software, which provides transportation management solutions, appoints Miguel Nogueras as VP of product marketing. Nogueras was the founder and CEO of branding agency BRANDVOLUTION, and he has also served as group creative director at The 360 Agency, in addition to holding senior creative positions at The Mars Agency, Grey Group and FCB New York. In his new position, Nogueras is responsible for driving PCS’s branding, product marketing strategy, positioning and messaging across all product lines. "His extensive experience and leadership capabilities make him the ideal person to lead our brand and product marketing efforts,” said PCS Software CRO Ted Pardee.
