Highwire PR names Joe Hamrahi chief financial officer. Hamrahi joins Highwire from M Booth, where he held roles including CFO and COO, and its parent company, Next 15, where he was U.S. commercial director. FleishmanHillard promotes Tim O’Keeffe to global managing director, technology. O’Keeffe has served as general manager for FleishmanHillard’s San Francisco market since 2013 and was the agency’s interim global technology lead for the past year. He has also held senior posts at Horn Group and Hill & Knowlton, and previously was at FleishmanHillard as a managing supervisor. “Tim has long been a force in the tech space, and we’re thrilled to solidify him in this role,” said FleishmanHillard president and CEO John Saunders.
