On the Move: Highwire Hires Hamrahi for CFO Spot

Highwire PR names Joe Hamrahi chief financial officer. Hamrahi joins Highwire from M Booth, where he held roles including CFO and COO, and its parent company, Next 15, where he was U.S. commercial director. In his new role, Hamrahi will be responsible for leading Highwire’s financial operations, pursuing additive services, exploring strategic additions and partnerships, and further expanding the company’s digital marketing services, analytics capabilities and healthcare offerings. “Joe has the experience, energy and passion that will be invaluable in our next phase of growth,” said Kathleen Gratehouse, principal and co-founder of Highwire PR. “His success in scaling businesses of our size as well as conducting successful M&A efforts will be vital as we execute on our long-term vision.”

Tim O'Keeffe

FleishmanHillard promotes Tim O’Keeffe to global managing director, technology. O’Keeffe has served as general manager for FleishmanHillard’s San Francisco market since 2013 and was the agency’s interim global technology lead for the past year. He has also held senior posts at Horn Group and Hill & Knowlton, and previously was at FleishmanHillard as a managing supervisor. “Tim has long been a force in the tech space, and we’re thrilled to solidify him in this role,” said FleishmanHillard president and CEO John Saunders. O’Keeffe will be succeeded in the San Francisco general manager post by Kristin Hollins, who returns to FleishmanHillard, where she was a senior VP and senior partner, from the CEO spot at Revere. “She’s a highly sought-after counselor to senior executives, known for her ability to create and lead great teams,” said Saunders.

Meredith Griffanti

FTI Consulting promotes Meredith Griffanti to global head of the cybersecurity & data privacy communications practice within its strategic communications segment. Griffanti has been with FTI since 2019, most recently serving as Americas co-leader of the practice. She was previously at Equifax, where she served as crisis communications leader in the company’s office of transformation. In her expanded role at FTI, Griffanti will focus on partnering with leaders and teams globally to further strengthen the firm’s cybersecurity communications capabilities and foster new levels of collaboration to support clients. “With Meredith’s guidance, our growing team of experts will find innovative solutions for our clients’ most complex communications challenges across our global network,” said Mark McCall, global leader of FTI Consulting’s Strategic Communications segment.
