Doty has served as CMO at Burger King and Chili’s as well as director of marketing at KFC. In her new role, she will help lead all marketing and brand strategy efforts for Dolphin and its investments, as well as being responsible for internal and external messaging and communications for the company. “Ellie's proven track record of designing strategy and executing for multi-location, iconic brands across the globe, leading and building diverse teams and delivering high impact business results make her an important and timely addition to our executive leadership team," said Dolphin Entertainment CEO Bill O’Dowd.

The U.S. Government Publishing Office promotes Gary Somerset to chief communications officer. Somerset has been with the GPO since 2006, most recently serving as chief PR officer. He serves as the agency spokesperson, manages GPO’s social media platforms, and oversees GPO’s public relations activities, employee communications, branding, photography and events. Before to coming to GPO, Somerset worked as a broadcast journalist for outlets including WSYX-TV in Columbus, OH; WKEF-TV in Dayton, OH; WXXA-TV in Albany, NY and KSWT-TV in Yuma, AZ. “Gary effectively led all of our communication groups through the COVID-19 pandemic,” said GPO director Hugh Halpern. “His institutional knowledge of GPO as well as his broadcasting background have made him an invaluable resource to our team.”
