John Simons

John Simons, executive editor at Time, will join the Brunswick Group in New York on April 1.

He was responsible for the magazine’s technology coverage, as well as national and business news.

During his more than 30 years in journalism, Simons was deputy health and science editor at the Wall Street Journal. He also was WSJ’s energy editor for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Simons also worked at US News & World Report and Fortune, covering the drug, biotech, immigration and economics beats.

He is eager to put his journalism skills of analyzing data and processes, and explaining the complexities of technology, energy, healthcare, and the global economy, to work for Brunswick’s clients.
