Alloy acquires fellow Atlanta-based firm Narwhal.Digital LLC, a creative technology agency focused on bringing digital experiences, products and ecosystems to life. Narwhal founder and partner Jennifer Ready will serve as Alloy’s chief creative officer and its managing partner, Vivek Paday, will be involved in the business in an advisory role. The majority of employees will be based in Alloy’s Atlanta headquarters. “By pairing Narwhal’s design-thinking approach with Alloy’s integrated marketing methodology, we’ll be able to architect edgy, yet elegant digital experiences and marry them with bold marketing communications, ultimately boosting clients’ bottom lines,” said Ready.
