Zapwater Communications is retained by Activate Games to unveil its new Chicago location. The agency will work on an opening campaign surrounding the new location, managing media relations and influencer marketing. Activate Games offers high-tech games that test physical and mental agility across a wide variety of real-life challenges. Once inside, players have the option to choose from hundreds of combinations of games and difficulty levels, each lasting one to three minutes. Zapwater’s growing roster of attraction clients includes Museum of Illusions, Skydeck Chicago and Gallagher Way.

Allen & Gerritsen lands brand agency of record status for Freight Farms, a manufacturer of container farming technology. A&G will lead brand strategy, platform development, and creative direction across paid, owned and earned media. A&G and Freight Farms will collaborate to implement integrated communications tactics within their current markets of education, restaurants, hotels, high-end residential communities and small business farms and expand their geographic footprint. “In the selection process, A&G displayed both the creative boldness along with the ability to measure performance that instilled confidence and energy within our team,” said Freight Farms CEO Rick Vanzura.
