Hannah-Polly Williams, who was senior director for ESG and sustainability for FTI Consulting in Paris, has joined Clayton Dubilier & Rice private equity firm as head of ESG in Europe.
She will be responsible for ESG strategy, integration and connectivity across the firm; external collaborations and reporting.
Vidi Banga, who chairs CD&R’s ESG initiatives, said the unit was formed to support portfolio companies and investment teams as they work to create value.
