Alan Sexton, SVP and CCO at Prudential Financial, has left after a nearly six-year stint for Balyasny Asset Management.
He takes on managing director & head of corporate communications duties at Balyasny, which has more than 1,000 investment professionals located in financial centers across the globe.
Dmitry Balyasny, Taylor O’Malley and Scott Schroeder founded BAM in Chicago in 2001.
Sexton looks forward to telling the story of a young and ambitious organization that is not yet as well-known as it should be.
Prior to Prudential, Sexton was chair of Burson-Marsteller’s corporate & financial practice, EVP at Global Strategy Group, and EVP & NYC PA director at Ogilvy.
